According to the NY Daily News pro boxer Marcus Browne, 28, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating an order of protection designed to protect the mother of his child. This is reportedly the fourth time Browne has been arrested for violating a protection order against this individual.
In this most recent alleged violation Browne is accused of pushing his way into a Staten Island, NY apartment after dropping off his child. He is also accused of refusing to leave the premises and arguing with the resident until she called 911.
Browne was later arraigned on charges of criminal contempt and trespassing.
