As expected, the collapse of Bobby Green following the UFC 258 weigh-ins has led to the cancellation of his fight with fellow lightweight veteran Jim Miller.
MMA Fighting’s Damon Martin reported that the main card matchup is off after Dana White revealed to reporters that Green, who made weight but was the last to weigh-in, collapsed backstage and was being tended to by doctors late Friday morning. There’s no update as to Green’s health but obviously he’s not in condition to compete on Saturday evening.
When Chris Weidman vs. Uriah Hall was postponed, Green and Miller accepted the fight on short notice just two weeks out from the event.
