Bo Nickal will have one more combat sports appearance before the year ends.
The former three-time NCAA national champion wrestler will meet Yoel Romero at Real American Freestyle 4 on Dec. 20 at Fishers Event Center in Fishers, Indiana. The match, which is for Nickal’s light heavyweight championship, was announced during RAF 3 this past Saturday in Chicago.
An Intriguing Matchup
Nickal defeated Jacob Cardenas to win the light heavyweight title at the first RAF event in August. Since then, he returned to the Octagon at UFC 322, where he knocked out Rodolfo Vieira in the third round of their bout at Madison Square Garden in New York.
