B.J. Penn vs. Ryan Hall announced for UFC 232

“The Prodigy” is back at 155 pounds.

A lightweight bout between former two-division champion B.J. Penn and The Ultimate Fighter 22 winner Ryan Hall was announced Wednesday for UFC 232, which is set to take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Dec. 29.

This will be Penn’s first fight since UFC Oklahoma City in June 2017, where he lost a majority decision to Dennis Siver. It was the fifth straight loss for the 39-year-old Penn, who has not won a fight in almost eight years.
