UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn is quickly running out of “get out of jail free” cards.
Per the Hawaii Police Department on Tuesday, Penn was arrested early that morning for allegedly attacking another man. The victim, 45 years of age, was reportedly punched and kicked repeatedly until allowed to leave, contact the police and seek treatment for his wounds. Penn was arrested almost 11 hours later in Hilo, Hawaii, where he was charged with third-degree assault and released on a $1,000 bail.
