The welterweight championship headliner for Friday’s Bellator 260 event is set after both fighters successfully took on the scale.
Douglas Lima, who is set to make his first title defense of this current reign, and 25-0 challenger Yaroslav Amasov successfully made weight at 169.75 pounds and 170 pounds, respectively. The five-round title fight will close the show at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. in front of a limited number of fans.
The exciting co-main event is also a go as Paul Daley and Jason Jackson both successfully made weight for their 175-pound catchweight matchup.
