Bellator 189 is upon us Friday night in Oklahoma, and the top of the billing will witness featherweight queen Julia Budd look to defend her crown for the 1st time, as she faces off with Arlene Blencowe, in a high stakes rematch of a Bellator 162 bout from October of 2016.
