His Highness Khaled Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain, will corner the former UFC lightweight champion in the main event of the TUF 22 Finale. Edgar, who is scheduled to face Chad Mendes to determine the next featherweight title challenger, has been training with the Crown Prince during fight week in Las Vegas.
Edgar's match-up against Mendes represents Edgar's first fight as a member of the KHK MMA team, a Bahraini stable of local and foreign fighters that includes fellow UFC fighters Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev.
