Austin Vanderford will have some battle scars to go with his sophomore Octagon appearance.
While the former Bellator title challenger succumbed to a guillotine choke from Ramiz Brahimaj at the 2:24 mark of Round 2 in their preliminary welterweight clash at UFC 320, it was a head kick from his opponent that did the lasting damage. After the defeat, Vanderford shared a photo of the nasty gash above his left eye.
