Conor McGregor took to social media again recently, simply dropping a date and a place on Twitter. This lead to a bit of discussion and speculation from fans about a possible next fight.
Interestingly enough, Dustin Poirier started hinting at a December return as well just a few minutes later.
Shortly after losing his shot at the lightweight belt, Poirier called for a bout with McGregor, saying that the rematch “makes a lot of sense” now that they’re both coming off title losses to Khabib Nurmagomedov. This led to a brief back and forth on social media from both fighters.
