The pair of former UFC champions will square off as part of the upcoming Triller Fight Club card on Sept. 11 with Oscar De La Hoya and Vitor Belfort serving as the main event for the show taking place at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Hours after MMA Fighting first reported the matchup, the opening odds for the bout were released with Silva heavily favored to beat Ortiz, who will be making his professional boxing debut.
