UFC Vegas 26 has taken another hit just hours before the event takes place, as Amanda Ribas vs. Angela Hill has been cancelled due to Ribas testing positive for COVID-19.
MMA Fighting first reported the news of Ribas’ withdrawal. Ribas, whom at the moment is not suffering any symptoms of the virus, was scheduled to fight Hill in a strawweight bout that would have served as the opener of the main card.
Since the event was announced, Ribas vs. Hill marks the tenth fight removed from UFC Vegas 26. A flyweight fight between Ryan Benoit vs.
