UFC 229 will feature 14 ranked fighters competing on the card. UFC Moscow had five (at the time), and four of them were at heavyweight. So I think you can understand why there wasn’t a ton of movement in the rankings coming out of the first show on Russian soul.
At HW though, Alexei Oleinik made his case to get into the title mix with a submission win over Mark Hunt. And Nikita Krylov is back and ranked again at 205, so there’s that too.
