Alex Pereira claims Magomed Ankalaev hid inside a room when they were both at the UFC Performance Institute.
Pereira will try to reclaim the light heavyweight title from Ankalaev in the main event at UFC 320 on Oct. 4 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Pereira says he didn’t see Ankalaev but only his coach when he recently visited the PI. One of Pereira’s teammates was still inside when the former champ was already in his car. Pereira’s teammate allegedly heard a PI staff member say that Ankalaev could come out since “Poatan” had left.
