AKA’s Daniel Cormier comments on teammate’s lifetime USADA ban

Yesterday, USADA took the unusual step of banning a fighter for life. American Kickboxing Academy heavyweight Ruslan Magomedov was issued a second and third strike by the anti-doping agency, and the three-time UFC vet will likely never compete in North America again.

Naturally when a fighter receives a punishment that heavy, people what to know what his teammates think of it. And double champ Daniel Cormier is one of the leaders at AKA, so he was asked about it on Twitter. While Cormier didn’t seem to be in the loop in regards to the situation, he wasn’t making any excuses for Magomedov:
