Jamie Mullarkey desires more consistent upward movement in an Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight division where one can easily get lost in the crowd.
The 27-year-old Australian will attempt to improve upon a 2-3 record inside the Octagon when he dukes it out with “The Ultimate Fighter 12” finalist Michael Johnson in a featured UFC on ESPN 39 attraction this Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Mullarkey has won two of his past three bouts. However, he saw his momentum sapped in his most recent outing—a second-round technical knockout loss to Jalin Turner at UFC 272 on March 5.
