2018 was an incredibly successful year for RIZIN. Not only was it a year of exciting fights and finishes, but they also managed to sell out the famous Super Saitama Arena twice.
First was RIZIN 13, headlined by now RIZIN bantamweight champion Kyoji Horiguchi vs. Tenshin Nasukawa in a kickboxing match (27,208). The second was for their New Year’s Eve show, RIZIN 14, main evented by undefeated pro boxer Floyd Mayweather vs. Tenshin Nasukawa in a boxing exhibition match (36,603).
