Alphonso Davies did not let the news of his transfer to Bayern Munich get in the way of his performance on Saturday as he was jovial as ever in a 4-2 win for the Vancouver Whitecaps. The teenage sensation finished with two goals and two assists in a big win for his club.
A resurgent Minnesota United side had entered Saturday two points ahead of the Whitecaps in the Western Conference table but left a point down after Davies carved them open.
The away side went down 3-0 in the second half but two goals in the span of five minutes put them right back in it with just a few minutes remaining.
