April is here (well by match day at least). That means fools, flowers and USL football.
USL: “League-Spreading”?
Now officially a USSF Div II league, the United Soccer League (USL) has expanded (and contracted a bit), adding two more teams and two more games to the schedule. That brings the total to 30 games for each club this year.
But the fate of at least one league member, Austin Aztex, remains in doubt. The AA were originally due back this season after losing their home field to flooding. That has since been pushed back until at least 2018.
