It’s the first test of 2018 for these four countries including the United States Women’s National Team who will look to do better this time around after finishing last in 2017. All four teams in this year’s edition of the tournament played in last year’s edition. This includes Germany, England, and France.
The USWNT enter the competition ranked first in the world rankings. Germany and England are second and third with France in sixth.
France are the defending champions of the tournament, the U.S. won the inaugural title in 2016.
As for the tournament format, each team will play three games with the winner being the top team in the table.
