Sebastian Giovinco's agent says he is still amazed that the midfielder was left out of Italy's squad for Euro 2016.
Italy coach Antonio Conte overlooked Giovinco, who was Major League Soccer's top scorer last season with 22 goals in 33 games for Toronto FC, as well as Andrea Pirlo, who moved to MLS' New York City FC last year, when he named his 23-man squad for the European Championship.
Conte said both players were aware that by playing in the USA their chances of playing for him were reduced, but Giovinco's agent Andrea D'Amico says he still does not understand why.
