After months of Seattle Sounders FC scouts’ attention, Joao Rojas has a firm MLS offer
Two Seattle Sounders scouts indelibly marked on their radar Ecuadoran midfielder Joao Rojas. But back in 2016 at age 18, they threw him back into the pond to get bigger and better. The team has fellow Ecuadoran on the roster, defender Xavier Arreaga, as of 2019. The center-back played in 14 games each of the previous two seasons.
An Ecuadorian report declares that one MLS team with an Ecuadoran on the roster, plus sides from Spain and Mexico, have firm offers for Rojas.
