2015 was a difficult season for the Colorado Rapids and their fans. The club did not qualify for the Major League Soccer playoffs, finishing dead last in the Western Conference with just 37 points.
As a result of the poor campaign last year, the Rapids have begun to try and bolster their squad with the 2016 season kicking off on March 6th. Colorado had tried to land U.S. midfielder, Alejandro Bedoya, but his current club, Nantes, refused to let him go.
On Friday, a report from ESPN emerged that the Rapids are now trying to sign another American who has experience playing in Europe.
