The Los Angeles Galaxy very quickly put to bed any fears that they would miss out on the playoffs for the third-straight season with three wins in their last three games, including a huge 2-1 victory over Real Salt Lake on Wednesday night.
The goals, unsurprisingly, came from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Cristian Pavon, the latter setting up the former after the former set up the latter, with Zlatan chasing down Carlos Vela in the golden boot race. Chances were missed at both ends, but it was the LA Galaxy who were that bit more clinical in front of goal.
