New York Red Bulls II had a positive start to their 2018 USL season with three wins in their first five games. Aside from a 3-1 loss to Atlanta United II, the team, full of new additions, looked promising. But since their 5-0 routing of the Tampa Bay Rowdies, Red Bulls II failed to win a single game until this Saturday, a stretch that spanned 36 days and five games.
During that time, Red Bulls II weren’t losing but instead tying to teams below them in the standings. A streak of four straight draws was then capped off by a 3-0 drubbing at the hands of Bethlehem Steel last week.
