Nashville SC acquires defender Nick Hinds from Seattle Sounders for $50,000 General Allocation Money. The 23-year old Hinds joins Nashville following three seasons with Tacoma Defiance, where he made 60 appearances. Before his run-in USL, he played for the University of Akron Zips while his rights were owned by Seattle.

Atlanta United signs midfielder Franco Ibarra from Argentinos Juniors for a fee in the region of $2-$2.5M. New manager Gabriel Heinze has made it a point to revamp the CDM position this offseason, and that trend continues with the 19-year old Argentine Ibarra.
