Looking at last week, there were a few writers that looked like geniuses at times, and also a few that had a bold pick blow up in their face. John Jankosky was able to scrape together a good week, getting five of the eleven MLS games right, thanks to picks like New England and D.C United coming through for him.
Other bold picks that worked out included Mark Shannon and Jaymes Grider calling the Seattle vs San Jose draw and John Toils also picking New England to win. On the whole the Portland and Dallas victories were the most common correct guesses.
