The mid-June break is coming to an end for more Major League Soccer clubs this week. On Wednesday, a host of matches will be played as 12 teams will be in action. Clubs returning to action include Atlanta United, Philadelphia Union, and D.C. United.
With the season entering the critical summer months, it will be important for a few of the fringe playoff sides to get off of to a good start. Likewise, the clubs at the top will hope to solidify their spots in the playoff positions as they gear up to make a run at the Supporters’ Shield and high playoff ranking.
