In the 2019 Major League Soccer season, there has been one team better than all the others. Los Angeles FC have waltzed past all before them, almost completely unscathed. Just one defeat, to the Vancouver Whitecaps of all teams, 39 goals scored and just 13 conceded, utter domination.
But this is MLS and just because LAFC are the best team at the summer international break does not mean that they will be the MLS Cup champions when the autumn rolls around. There is still a long way to go, and there are some decent teams chasing them down.
