Houston Dynamo Vs LAFC: 3 things we learned – Diomande to the rescure

After their U.S. Open Cup dreams were crushed on Wednesday, Los Angeles FC traveled to Texas to face the Houston Dynamo in search of three points. The “B” team for LAFC made up most of the roster as Bob Bradley rested a few of those who had been a part of the 1-0 defeat to the Portland Timbers. For the Dynamo, it was a chance to make up some ground in the Western Conference playoff race.

The defeated LAFC couldn’t have gotten a worse start to the fixture when Tyler Miller conceded a poor goal to Romell Quioto in just the third minute of the match.
