Last week the Houston Dynamo announced their official affiliation with a brand new PDL team that will start play this summer in College Station/Bryan, Texas. They will be owned by the Clutch Entertainment Group who already own summer collegiate baseball team, Brazos Valley Bombers.
The Brazos Valley team is yet to be named, but an ongoing fan contest will decide the name soon. The new PDL team will be playing in the baseball stadium of the current Brazos Valley baseball team which is NutraBolt Stadium. The stadium will undergo around $1.86 million in renovation costs to prepare the stadium to support a soccer team.
