It only took two years for Atlanta United to win the MLS Cup. After accruing the most points over the last two seasons and breaking numerous records in the process, it is now fair to ask: are these the beginnings of a dynasty?
It is early, so the answer is a tentative “maybe”. But the question must be asked.
If anything is certain, it’s that Atlanta will at least have the opportunity to become a dynasty. With their first trophy in hand, they can begin the journey to being a dynasty by winning more trophies over the next few years.
