Young, talented players in the Premier League are often hyped as the next (insert famous player name). However, when Arsenal’s Gedion Zelalem was being said to be their new Patrick Vieira, it meant at lot more across the Atlantic Ocean. Not because of the the Gunners fan base in America. But because Zelalem was eligible for the US Mens National Team.
Now at 19 and chances looking slim at Arsenal, Gedion appears to be on the move to join another young talent familiar to the US soccer ranks. According to reports from ESPNFC.com, Zelalem is considering heading to Borussia Dortmund during the January transfer window.
