Yankees 3B DJ LeMahieu's Foot Injury Diagnosed as Fracture; Out at Least 2 Weeks

After New York Yankees third baseman DJ LeMahieu suffered a bone bruise in his right foot forcing him to start the season on the injured list, the full extent of the injury has now been revealed.

Per MLB.com's Bryan Hoch, manager Aaron Boone said Saturday that LeMahieu has been diagnosed with a non-displaced bone fracture and will be re-imaged in two weeks. According to ESPN's Jorge Castillo, Boone didn't share a timetable but said LeMahieu could be back on the field in April.
