Sunday's altercation between St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina and Arizona Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo has resulted in both being suspended.
Per an official release from MLB (via Big League Stew), Molina and Lovullo have each been suspended one game for the incident. Lovullo has also received an undisclosed fine and will sit out Tuesday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Molina has elected to appeal his suspension and will be in the lineup for St. Louis on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Brewers.
