Ultimately it will come down to the usual mundane things, to how many runs the New York Yankees score and how many they give up, to how healthy they remain and how other teams play. The Yankees are good but so are the Boston Red Sox and quite a few other teams, and anyone who tells you with certainty they know how this season will turn out has far too much unjustified confidence.
It's not about counting the times your jaw drops or the times you say "Wow!" which is a good thing for every other team in baseball.
