The Seattle Mariners are center fielder Victor Robles after the 27-year-old was released from the Washington Nationals over the weekend, per the Seattle Times' Adam Jude.
ESPN's Alden González reported that the Mariners signed Robles to a major league deal and the right-handed hitter will start mostly against left-handed pitchers.
Robles, who has been with the Nationals since 2017, has appeared in just 14 games this season, getting three hits and two RBI in 25 at-bats.
