Twins prospect CF Byron Buxton went 4-for-6 with a double and triple on Monday for Double-A Chattanooga.
Still considered by many to be baseball’s top prospect, Buxton was plagued by multiple injuries last season and appeared in only 31 games, only of which came at the Double-A level. Fully healthy for 2015, Buxton went 3-for-19 with one home run and nine strikeouts in his first four games at Chattanooga before busting out four hits on Monday, which raised his batting to .280/.308/.520.
