Coco Crisp's persistent neck problem, which he aggravated May 19, will cause the Oakland Athletics center fielder to miss extended time.
After being examined by Dr. Michael Watkins, the Crisp is expected to be sidelined until at least the All-Star break -- which takes place July 13-16 -- according to the San Jose Mercury News.
