Adam LaRoche Retired After White Sox Requested He Bring Son into Clubhouse Less

Chicago White Sox first baseman Adam LaRoche made the decision to retire on Tuesday after general president Ken Williams told him he couldn't bring his 14-year-old son, Drake, into the clubhouse, per Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports.

Drake LaRoche traveled with his father for several years, per Rosenthal, and his father described him as the team's “26th man.”
