COLUMBIA, MO. • As the Missouri softball team prepares for its biggest series of the season and perhaps the biggest weekend of Ehren Earleywine's coaching career, MU’s investigation into Earleywine and his program continues beyond the athletics department’s scope. The university’s Title IX Office has gotten involved in the investigation and interviewed Earleywine on Monday, a source confirmed.
The Title IX Office is part of MU’s new Office for Civil Rights & Title IX, which reports directly to provost and executive vice chancellor Garnett S. Stokes and MU interim chancellor Hank Foley.
