COLUMBIA, Mo. • Missouri’s tight end tandem barely got to enjoy its clever new nickname, “1080p,” before an injury pulled the plug on the pair. Sophomore Jason Reese, who wears No. 10, and junior Sean Culkin, who wears No. 80, unveiled their self-given moniker after last Thursday’s scrimmage.
“Because everything we do is in HD, baby,” Reese said.

The tandem became a solo operation on Saturday when Reese sprained his right knee. He sat out Tuesday’s practice and is considered day to day.
Once the team’s medical staff clears Reese to return, whether that’s in time for the Sept.
