Mizzou fans received some encouraging news this weekend regarding quarterback Beau Pribula, whose season was initially feared to be over after an ankle injury sustained during Saturday's tight, eventual 17-10 loss to No. 10 Vanderbilt.
Pribula, who found a starting role at Missouri after transferring from Penn State and helped lead the Tigers to a strong 6-1 record entering the weekend, was carted off the field in the third quarter after being injured on a fourth-down run at the Vanderbilt 2-yard line.
Pribula has completed 69.6% of his passes for 210.6 yards per game with 11 touchdowns through the air, along with averaging 27.
