Tigers, Bulldogs tied heading into fourth quarter

UPDATED, 9:00 p.m.

ATHENS, Ga. • With a golden chance to score a go-ahead touchdown, Georgia had to settle for a game-tying field goal in the final minute of the third quarter against Missouri. Greyson Lambert’s third-down pass was initially ruled an interception by Missouri safety Anthony Sherrils, but a replay review reversed the call as the ball came loose when Sherrils hit the turf.

Marshall Morgan’s 24-yard field goal tied the game at 6-6 heading into the fourth quarter. It was Sherrils' third chance at an interception on passes that he couldn't corral.
