Special guest watches Mizzou's Adams work out for scouts

COLUMBIA, MO. • Fresh off landing the richest salary for any center in the NFL, newly signed Buffalo Bill Mitch Morse drove from Kansas City to Columbia on Thursday for one reason: to support Mizzou’s next offensive line hopeful in the NFL draft.

When Paul Adams came to MU as a freshman in 2014 he was assigned Morse as his mentor while Adams got acclimated to college life. The two never played together with the Tigers — Adams redshirted during Morse’s senior season — but five years later Morse was back in town to see his apprentice.
