I’m lucky enough that I get to cover two premiere sports team at the University of Missouri— gymnastics, who are coming off a record-breaking season and a third place finish at the National Championships, and softball. One team deemed “undeniable,” and one team whose season was called “unfathomable.”
Today’s focus is on softball, and the season that ended with a bewildered thud.

Missouri Softball Coach Ty Singleton’s tenure kicked off in 2003 and started out well enough, earning Big 12 Coach of the Year honors in 2003, and leading the Tigers to three straight trips to the NCAA Tourney.
