Reports: Drew Lock will start against the L.A. Chargers

Drew Lock is going to make his NFL debut today against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Reports say that Lock, who was activated from the injured reserve Saturday, is going to start. League sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter the news Saturday night.

Lock injured his wrist in a preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers and spent more than half of the season on IR. He was activated this weekend after practicing for more than two weeks. He’ll take over for fourth-year pro Brandon Allen, the former Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback. Allen went 1-2 for the Broncos.
