COLUMBIA, MO. • Missouri’s Barry Odom remains the lowest paid head football coach in the Southeastern Conference and among the lowest paid in the Power 5 conferences.
USA Today released its annual salary database for FBS head coaches on Wednesday, revealing the 2018 salaries, 2017-18 bonuses and current buyout figures for most of the 130 coaches at the FBS level. Some private schools and the military academies don’t release their salary figures.
Among the 123 coaches whose salaries are listed, Odom’s 2018 figure of $2.35 million ranks No. 56 and No. 14 in the Southeastern Conference.
