COLUMBIA, MO. • Missouri football coach Barry Odom sat down with local reporters over slices of Shakespeare’s Pizza on Wednesday to go over the team’s updated depth chart and discuss spring practices, which start Sunday.
Here’s perhaps the best news: Mizzou is loosening its media policies for the spring. All but one of the team’s 15 practices will be completely open to reporters, and all coaches and players will be available for interviews after each practice. For several years media were only allowed to view a limited portion of certain practices and only designated coaches and players were available to talk.
