NCAA to release findings in Mizzou academic fraud case

The NCAA announced Thursday that the panel will release its findings on a conference call at noon St. Louis time along with a public report. David Roberts, the panel’s chief hearing officer and special advisor to the president of University of Southern California, will discuss the findings on the conference call. The NCAA did not reveal the topic of the panel’s decision, but a source confirmed this is the conclusion to former tutor Yolanda Kumar’s allegations that she committed academic fraud with as many as 42 Mizzou athletes. Mizzou is also expected to release statements after the panel releases its findings.
